A healthier you. A healthier family. A healthier Durham.
Durham County is a great place to work, live and raise a family. If we intend to thrive and continue being that great place, we have to get serious about our health and wellness as a community. We invite you to join the “A Healthier Durham Challenge.”
28,000 Durham residents, exercising 420,000 hours, losing 280,000 pounds
That is an average loss of 10 pounds per person and we can do it! Keep track of your eating and exercise information. Log your individual progress with your blood glucose, blood pressure and pounds lost. Join an exercise group.
Take a moment to register for A Healthier Durham to begin your journey to a healthier you, a healthier family and a healthier Durham.
